WARM UP: Progressive Tense
The progressive tense is used to express ongoing action or state of being in progress at some point in time. There are three progressive verb tenses: present progressive, past progressive, and future progressive.
I am eating lunch now. (present)
She was eating lunch when it started to rain. (past)
She will eat lunch after class. (future)
